(removed from casing, crumbled)
1.0 whole Butternut Squash
(roasted, cubed)
100.0 ml Heavy Cream
50.0 grams Parmesan
(freshly grated)
2.0 tbsp Pistachio Pesto

Brown the crumbled sausage meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Mash half of the roasted squash into a paste. Add to the skillet along with the cream. Simmer until unified.
