Ingredients

400.0 grams Italian Sausage (removed from casing, crumbled)
1.0 whole Butternut Squash (roasted, cubed)
100.0 ml Heavy Cream
50.0 grams Parmesan (freshly grated)
2.0 tbsp Pistachio Pesto Optional

Instructions

Brown the crumbled sausage meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Mash half of the roasted squash into a paste. Add to the skillet along with the cream. Simmer until unified.
